You can put in a movie and enjoy some popcorn together, you can do some gardening together, you can tell stories to each other or you can even pack a picnic and head to the park for a day of fun in the sun. This one day can mean a lot in keeping your stress levels down enough to deal with the hardships in your life.

I you expect to be able to get through bankruptcy without it putting a major dent in your life and that of your family’s, then you have to take care of yourself. Regular exercise keeps you healthy and it relieves stress so you can be a better person.

Set Some New Goals

It’s never to late to try something new. If you have always wanted to do something specific now would be a good time to try and make that dream come true. Whether it is visiting somewhere exotic or simply losing some weight, make these priorities so you have something exciting to focus on.
